Is anyone thinking here? Landfill = Fuel, Fuel = Power Generation. Why doesn't the University get involved and build an incinerator that would burn the material that is presently going into the landfill (properly scrubbing the smoke), take the energy produce and run a boiler turbine and produce power for UNC.
